Ready to ship orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.We provide tracking information for your convenience, and any shipping-related inquiries can be directed to our customer service team.

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the customisation process is initiated, and the order cannot be canceled.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer worldwide shipping. Our shipping carriers are Dhl or Fedex to ensure timely and reliable delivery of your orders. To view the shipping charges applicable to your order, simply add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. The shipping cost will be displayed before you finalise your purchase.


CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Please note that international orders may be subject to custom duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.

IMPORTANT NOTICE


Tresor belle isn’t responsible for any lost/ damage packages. A signature is required on  all wig orders to avoid stolen shipments.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

In the rare event that you receive a product with a defect or if there's an error in your order, we are more than happy to facilitate an exchange. Please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order.Our team will guide you through the exchange process. Please note that the exchange is conditional upon the wig being in its original, intact condition.
