With over 15 years of experience in the hair industry, I created Tresor Belle with the vision of providing women with an elevated, luxury hair experience.
At Tresor Belle, my focus is simple — to help you feel like your best self: confident, elevated, and effortlessly put together.
I specialise in custom wigs, flawless installs, luxury wig revivals, as well as editorial and soft glam styling — because I don’t just do hair, I love creating a complete look.
Every service is delivered with precision, care, and attention to detail, ensuring you leave feeling beautiful and confident.

APPOINTMENT PREPARATION
Booking Fee
• A £40 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments
• This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances
Appointment Release
• New appointment slots are released on the 15th of each month at 6PM
• We recommend booking early as availability is limited
Cancellations & No Shows
• Late cancellations will result in the loss of your booking fee
• No-shows will result in loss of your booking fee
• Repeated no-shows or cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings
Arrival Policy (STRICT)
• Clients have a 15-minute grace period
• Arrivals beyond 15 minutes will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment
• A new booking fee will be required to rebook
• Appointment times cannot be extended due to lateness
• Repeated lateness may result in refusal of future bookings
• Repeated no-shows or cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings
Client Policy
• No additional guests are allowed unless previously agreed
• Children are not permitted at appointments
Hair Quality
• Clients are responsible for ensuring all wigs, closures, or frontals are of suitable quality
• We reserve the right to decline a service or suggest an alternative if the hair provided is not suitable
Drop-Off Requirements
• All drop-offs must include:
• Your name
• Service booked
• Pick-up date
• Contact number
• Packages must fit in a letterbox or P.O. box
Drop-Off Timing
• Hair must be dropped off 3–5 working days before your appointment
• Drop-offs must be made Monday – Friday between 10AM – 6PM
• Late drop-offs may result in cancellation
Scheduling
• Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice
• Booking fees remain non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment date
Prep Before Appointment
• Hair must be clean, detangled, and blow-dried before your appointment
• If not, a wash service must be booked
Experience
• All appointments include complimentary refreshments
• A mini bottle of wine or prosecco is provided to enhance your luxury experience
